Academic & Administrative Experience

Academic Administrative Statement

Higher education administration exists to facilitate the teaching-learning practice and the process of creation by the university community, not to stand in its way or make its task more difficult. What is needed is application of the most modern management techniques using models which have been proved effective in the fields of business or public administration.University administration is part of a total quality system. To the needs for improved efficiency and effectiveness in the university in relation to accountability may be added the financial restrictions and, therefore, the urgent need to optimize scarce resources. Institutional evaluation as an ongoing practice and the improvement of management and organization procedures are essential for the present and the future of the university.
